INGREDIENTS
- 5 cups Romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 5 cups Watercress (chopped)
- 8 slices Cooked bacon (cut into small pieces or crumbled)
- 12 oz Cooked chicken breast (cut into cubes or shredded)
- 2 cups Grape tomatoes (halved)
- 2 medium Avocados
- 4 large Hard boiled eggs (diced or sliced)
- 1/2 cup Roquefort cheese (crumbled)
- 2 tbsp Chives (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing (OR use Sugar-Free “Honey” Mustard from the Easy Keto Cookbook)
- Sea salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except dressing, salt and pepper.
- Add dressing and toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
