INGREDIENTS:
- 2 medium Avocados
- 1/2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt (to taste)
- 1/4 cup Red onion (minced)
- 1/2 medium Jalapeno (minced)
- 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro (minced)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine the avocado, lime juice, and sea salt in a bowl. Use a potato masher or fork to mash to your desired consistency.
- Fold in the red onion, jalapeno, and fresh cilantro.
