SAUSAGE ROTEL DIP

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb Ground Italian sausage
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 8 oz Cream cheese (cubed)
  • 2 10-oz cans Diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • Green onions (sliced; optional, for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large skillet, add sausage and use a wooden spoon or spatula to break up the sausage. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes, until browned. Drain the grease from the sausage.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a crock pot and stir until combined.
  3. Cook on high for 1 1/2 – 2 hours, until ingredients are melted and dip is bubbling.
