Egg, Turkey Bacon, and Avocado Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 3 slice turkey bacon
  • 1/4 medium avocado
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Measure out and prepare all of the ingredients. Cut the avocado into slices.
  2. Crack the eggs in a bowl. Whisk the eggs together.
  3. In a frying pan over medium heat, add the eggs. Cook them for about 4 – 5 minutes or until the eggs are scrambled to your liking.
  4. Transfer the scrambled eggs to a bowl.
  5. Fry the turkey bacon to your liking.
  6. Transfer the turkey bacon and avocado slices to your bowl. Season with salt and pepper, serve, and enjoy!
