Pineapple Pulao

Ingredients:

  • 1 sliced onion
  • 100 gm pineapple tidbits
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 150 gm boiled rice
  • 2 tablespoon pineapple juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 red chilli

Instructions:

  1. In a frying pan heat oil and add the garlic, red chili and the onion and sizzle until golden brown.
  2. Add the rice, curry powder and soy sauce and stir-fry to separate the grains.
  3. Once hot add the pineapple juice and chunks and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes or until the juice is absorbed.
  4. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
