INGREDIENTS:
- 2 1/2 cups Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour
- 1/2 tbsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 1/2 cup Wholesome Yum Keto Maple Syrup (or regular maple syrup if not keto)
- 1/3 cup Butter (melted; or coconut oil for dairy-free)
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Strawberries (chopped)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prep. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F and line a muffin tin with paper or silicone liners.
- Mix dry ingredients. In a bowl, stir together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add wet ingredients. Whisk in keto maple syrup, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add berries. Gently fold in strawberries.


- Pour. Spoon muffin batter evenly into muffin tin.
- Bake. Cook keto friendly strawberry muffins in the oven, until tops are golden and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
