Ingredients:
- 250 g or 2 cups Fattis and Monis Pasta rice Rissoni
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- ½ cup chopped robot peppers
- 1 teaspoon tumeric (hayder)
- 2 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- salt as required for boiling pasta rice
- Wellingtons sweet chilli sauce
Instructions:
Boil pasta rice in salted water till done (must not be mushy).Drain and leave aside.Heat some oil in a pot and add mixed veges; peppers and all spices.Braise for a bit then mix in cooked pasta rice.Before serving add 2 big serving spoons of Wellington sweet chilli sauce and mix.
