The Famous Pasta Rice

Ingredients:

  • 250 g or 2 cups Fattis and Monis Pasta rice Rissoni
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • ½ cup chopped robot peppers
  • 1 teaspoon tumeric (hayder)
  • 2 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
  • salt as required for boiling pasta rice
  • Wellingtons sweet chilli sauce

Instructions:

Boil pasta rice in salted water till done (must not be mushy).Drain and leave aside.Heat some oil in a pot and add mixed veges; peppers and all spices.Braise for a bit then mix in cooked pasta rice.Before serving add 2 big serving spoons of Wellington sweet chilli sauce and mix.
