Meatless Rice Casserole with Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 28​-ounce can vegetarian baked beans
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients including vegetarian baked beans in a lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
  2. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
