Ingredients
- 1 28-ounce can vegetarian baked beans
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients including vegetarian baked beans in a lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
- Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
