Ingredients:
- Mutton Chops 750 gms
- Coriander powder 1 ¼ tsp
- All spice powder 1 ¼ tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 ¼ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Yogurt 6 tbsp
- Roasted crushed cumin seeds 1 ¼ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Roasted crushed black pepper 1 ¼ tsp
- Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
Directions:
Pound the mutton chops
In a bowl add yogurt and all the other ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture on chops and mix well
Leave for marinating 2-3 hours
Grill:
Add oil and grill chops for 3-4 mins each side or until it’s done.
Serve with Knorr Tomato Ketchup and Knorr Chili Garlic sauce.
Bake:
Preheat oven.
Drizzle oil in a pan, add marinated chops cover with aluminum foil and bake @ 180 degrees for 20-25 mins. Take out pan from oven, flip chops brush with oil/butter and bake without covering in oven for another 10 minutes.
Serve with Knorr Tomato Ketchup and Knorr Chili Garlic sauce.
