INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb Ground Italian sausage
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 8 oz Cream cheese (cubed)
- 2 10-oz cans Diced tomatoes with green chilies
- Green onions (sliced; optional, for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large skillet, add sausage and use a wooden spoon or spatula to break up the sausage. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes, until browned. Drain the grease from the sausage.
- Add all the ingredients to a crock pot and stir until combined.
- Cook on high for 1 1/2 – 2 hours, until ingredients are melted and dip is bubbling.
