BUFFALO CHICKEN SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 cups Shredded chicken (~1 lb)
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 oz Blue cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/3 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup Celery (diced)
  • 1/3 cup Green onions (sliced)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large bowl, add the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, blue cheese, buffalo sauce, diced celery, and green onions. Stir until the ingredients are well combined.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to eat, which will help the flavors develop.
