Sugar-free Keto Lemonade

Iingredients:

  • 1 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 5 cups water, filtered
  • 1 teaspoon liquid stevia

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a pitcher large enough to hold all of the ingredients.

2. Mix together and taste. Adjust sweetener to taste. Tip: Add a pinch or 2 of salt to keep electrolytes up.

3. Serve over ice and enjoy!

Makes 5 total servings of Keto Lemonade. Each serving comes out to be 9 calories, 0g fats, 2.5g net carbs, and 0.2g protein.
