Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 large egg
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 1 ounce kale
- 2 slice bacon
Instructions
- Measure out and prepare all of the ingredients.
- In a frying pan over medium heat, add in the butter.
- Crack and cook the eggs sunny side up. Remove from pan.
- In the same frying pan, cook the kale.
- Serve and enjoy!
