Ingredients
- 3 large egg
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 3 slice turkey bacon
- 1/4 medium avocado
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Measure out and prepare all of the ingredients. Cut the avocado into slices.
- Crack the eggs in a bowl. Whisk the eggs together.
- In a frying pan over medium heat, add the eggs. Cook them for about 4 – 5 minutes or until the eggs are scrambled to your liking.
- Transfer the scrambled eggs to a bowl.
- Fry the turkey bacon to your liking.
- Transfer the turkey bacon and avocado slices to your bowl. Season with salt and pepper, serve, and enjoy!
